GRP MAINTENANCE

Conduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify any signs of wear and tear, damage, or potential issues. Keep work areas clean and free from debris to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment. Clean and maintain molds, tools, and equipment to ensure product quality. Develop a maintenance schedule for all machinery and equipment used in the fiberglass production process. Regularly inspect and maintain electrical systems to prevent fires and electrical hazards. Ensure that the ventilation system is working correctly to control fumes and maintain air quality in the production area. Maintain records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements.
